These terms form a binding operational agreement between Fixvero Appliance Repair and the property owner or authorized representative requesting service.
💵 2. Diagnostic Fee & Service Estimates
To dispatch a qualified technician to your premises, perform thorough equipment testing, and identify mechanical or electrical faults, a diagnostic service call fee applies:
- Diagnostic Fee Waiver: If you proceed with the recommended repair service, the diagnostic fee is credited directly toward your final repair estimate cost.
- Upfront Estimates: Before any repair work commences, your technician will provide a clear verbal or written estimate detailing labor costs and required replacement parts.
- Diagnostic Only: If you decline the repair recommendation after diagnosis, only the initial diagnostic call fee is due upon completion of the visit.
📅 3. Appointments, Cancellations & Access
We strive to maintain punctual appointment windows across Upper West Side neighborhoods. To maintain scheduling efficiency:

- Unattended Visit Fee: If a technician arrives within the confirmed time window and cannot gain entry to the property, a standard service call fee will apply.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe, accessible environment for our repair technicians:
- Clear Workspace: The area surrounding the malfunctioning appliance must be cleared of personal items, food debris, and fragile objects.
- Pet Securing: Household pets must be secured in a separate room during the technician visit for safety.
- Building Entry & COI: In apartment complexes, condos, or co-op buildings requiring doorman registration, service elevator reservations, or Certificates of Insurance (COI), the customer must arrange permissions prior to technician arrival.
